 HEALTH & SAFETY

Your well-being is our priority. To protect you and other clients, we may respectfully decline service in the following cases:

 

+ Open wounds or infections in the treatment area

+ Contagious nail conditions or health concerns that could be affected by our services

 

*For diabetic clients: 

Please notify your technician so we can provide appropriate care. For your safety, cutting services will not be performed on diabetic clients.

 

SPA CHAIR SAFETY

Our spa chairs have a weight limit of 250 lbs (approximately 113 kg). Exceeding this limit may pose safety risks to clients or cause equipment damage.

 

REFUNDS & REDOS

Your happiness matters to us.

 

+ All services are non-refundable

+ If you are not satisfied with your service quality, please inform us immediately. We will gladly redo the service at no additional charge

+ Nail fixes must be requested within 3 days of your original service. We cannot offer refunds or redos once nails have changed due to external factors
